Job DescriptionSeeking mid-level program manager to join the dynamic Oracle Corporate Beta Programs Office (BPO). Will be responsible for program management of external software beta activities across Oracle’s product development organizations. Will work closely with product development, product management, legal, and support teams in design and execution of external beta activities. Recruit external customers and partners to beta test pre-GA products, manage pre-GA release delivery to authorized participants, gather beta testing feedback, disseminate survey results, and assist with marketing activities.Work is fast-paced, non-routine, and complex, involving the application of mid-level technical/business skills. Position requires high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and frequent interaction with remote team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of Oracle’s Application Express (APEX) a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years project/program management preferred.Career Level - IC3ResponsibilitiesManage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes, and procedures. Performs complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 3-5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.Key responsibilities include:
Processing external candidates’ recruitment applications to participate in beta testing Oracle software products and cloud services
Performing beta program participation eligibility checks
Creating/updating beta program trackers and application web pages as appropriate
Distributing external surveys and compiling results
Managing distribution and archival of legal agreements

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
