Global website projects for North America and Europe.

Finance operations related to the website and user experience design teams such as assistance with budgeting, PO processing and agency planning.

Design operations and desk procedures for standardized artifacts/deliverables.

Research operations including recruiting of participants and desk procedures and standards for consistency in digital research approach.

This role is eligible for remote work in the US!What you'll do

Lead a team of 4-5.

Oversee standardization of processes.

Spearhead global website projects for North America and Europe.

Manage finance operations related to the website and user experience design teams such as assistance with budgeting, PO processing and agency planning.

Design operations and desk procedures for standardized artifacts/deliverables.

Research operations including recruiting of participants and desk procedures and standards for consistency in digital research approach.

You'll have

Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

10+ years of leadership, program management and a deep understanding of websites, digital marketing, UX design

Even better, you may have

Strong background in process definition.

Understanding of programming/coding for websites and web-based software.
