Summary About the Position: Recognized as a Senior Management Official responsible for complete coordination, planning, and scheduling for systems requirements of assigned programs. This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 encompasses grades 14 and 15 on the General Schedule. Responsibilities Ensures synchronization of funding requirements in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Strategic Portfolio Review (SPAR) to prevent delays of scheduled activities and loss of crucial AMD and tactical missile capacities for the warfighter. Coordinates program planning and programming across complex programs from the Project Management Office (PM) and the PEO staff. Responsible for the overall planning, direction, and success of substantial programs, systems development and integration efforts, acquisition, and research and development technology initiatives that have great significance to the PEO/PM and/or DA. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-03/ GS-13) position in the federal service.
