Specialized Experience: One year of specialized which includes , but not limited to, experience leading/supervising a civilian personnel management team that provides guidance and oversight in military personnel management and multiple civilian human resource programs that include recruitment and staffing, benefits, classification/restructuring, civilian personnel management, leave programs, bargaining units, AcqDemo workforce, deployments and labor/management and employee relations in a complex civilian and military organization.
