Job Description: As an office administrator at Lounsbury you will support multiple operations across the company. This will include supporting our accounting department in a variety of tasks including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable administrative support. General office administrative duties will also be part of the day-to-day activities which may include coordinating with vendors, building maintenance personnel, and completing office equipment maintenance and cleaning. Assistance with planning company events and marketing may also be required. In addition, this candidate may be responsible for tracking and reporting various safety metrics throughout the company as part of our Health and Safety Program. Logistics and expediting support will also be a large part of this position. Frequent trips to Alaska Air Cargo and other shipping companies can be expected.
Skill Requirements: This person should have strong communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. A willingness to learn and work on a wide range of tasks will be required. You should have a good understanding of basic computer skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with accounting related or graphic design software is also a plus but not required. A good driving record will also be required as there will be a fair amount of logistical support. You must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
