We are looking to add an Office Leasing Professional to our team! This customer-service-oriented person will help work with potential and existing tenants in our growing office building. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity with our industry, we’d like to meet you.
This position includes:
- Working alongside our Concierge Team in showing rental offices and spaces
- Helping new members to apply and sign up
- Performing move-in and move-out inspections and other leasing related activities
- Performing routine clerical and organizational tasks
- Arranging files, preparing documents, and supporting other staff
Requirements:
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office is a must
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales or leasing is a great plus
- High energy and an enthusiastic attitude
- An ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Products is A PLUS but not required!
- Bookkeeping Experience is A PLUS but not required!
- A multi-tasker who can handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize these tasks.
