MECHANIC:
Looking for a mechanic: I’m restoring an 84 Bronco II. It’s got a brand new motor in it. Need someone who can fine tune it (set air-fuel ratio, make sure it’s firing correctly and any other needed adjustments to include correcting some loose/sloppy play in steering). I also have several small items that need done: replace steering column, calibrate speedometer, headlights, interior & gauge lights, etc.
I can bring it to you or you can work on it in my heated garage in Anchorage. (Preferred). Must have your own tools.
Willing to pay a fair price for your work. We can coordinate a time for you to swing by for an estimate.
Bonus: if you’re someone resourceful enough to source headers for this motor, I may hug you lol. They don’t make them for this motor anymore, but may be possible to run a 350 Chevy small block header setup with some tweaking. See pics for possible header configuration. (This isn’t a requirement for the job, just a wish list.)
BODY WORK:
Also looking for a quote from some who can do body and paintwork. Body is actually in really good shape. Just needs some TLC and a few mild rust spots.
Text only.
