Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.In this positionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth and Operations Leader – Digital Subscription Retail Sales to oversee digital subscription retail sales growth in the connected vehicle space across multiple channels. This role is critical to scaling our digital subscription business by optimizing sales operations, driving growth initiatives, and enhancing the overall retail customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling digital subscription businesses, coupled with expertise in retail sales, connected vehicle technologies, and operational excellence. This role blends visionary thinking with operational rigor to accelerate growth, improve customer retention, and ensure seamless execution across all channels. You’ll be a critical driver of our success, overseeing planning, coordination, operations, and performance management.What you'll doGrowth Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute strategic growth plans to scale digital subscription retail sales, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Identify, prioritize, and implement growth opportunities, including new retail channels, partnerships, and promotional strategies.

Leverage data analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.

Retail Sales Operations

Build and manage efficient sales operations processes to support digital subscription retail growth.

Partner with OEMs, dealerships, and retail partners to optimize in-store and digital subscription sales processes.

Oversee integration and alignment of subscription platforms with retail systems, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to develop campaigns and programs that drive subscription adoption and engagement.

Work closely with technology teams to enhance retail sales systems and subscription management platforms.

Act as a liaison between retail partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment on goals.

Performance Management

Define and track KPIs for digital subscription retail sales, including growth metrics, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

Prepare and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Innovation & Industry Leadership

Stay ahead of trends in digital subscriptions, connected vehicle technologies, and retail innovation.

Identify emerging opportunities in the connected vehicle ecosystem to enhance customer experiences and drive growth.

Explore and test new retail models, including bundling, loyalty programs, and cross-promotions.

You'll have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field

8+ years of leadership experience in digital subscriptions, retail sales, or connected vehicle industries.

Proven success in scaling subscription-based businesses through retail channels.

Strong operational expertise, including process optimization, sales enablement, and partner management.

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions and growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Even better, you may have

MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience working with OEMs, dealerships, or telematics/connected vehicle systems.

Familiarity with subscription e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

Knowledge of IoT, mobility services, or SaaS in the automotive industry
