This position requires In-Person work in our Tempe, AZ area office from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Excellent speaking skills are required, and the candidate should have substantial experience with Word, Excel, mail merges, and creating attractive and creative business flyers. Being a self-starter is absolutely necessary, as the business principals travel frequently out of state. The Office Manager will be taking messages and joining calls, although primarily working alone. Knowledge of business finance is helpful, but not mandatory. Having a cheerful disposition and the ability to occasionally work under stress in order to meet deadlines are of primary importance. The owner is a relaxed professional who strives for a happy office with a healthy atmosphere and mutual respect among all employees and clients.
