East Valley specialty mechanical HVAC contractor of 18 years is looking for an HVAC Service Dispatcher/Coordinator to lead our commercial service team. This is full time careered position.
Daily responsibilities include:
Scheduling all contract PM’s with field technicians and customers
Receiving phone calls from current customer base, scheduling their needs
Working closely with technicians through phone, email, and company software to provide information to complete work
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
Assist and occasionally create proposals for fast repair work
Must have exceptional communication skills
Organize and understand commercial HVAC projects as they are working
Must be able to multitask
Operating under pressure at times is normal
Must maintain high level of accountability for self and company
