I am in search of a Customer Service Manager to join my Farmers Insurance Agency.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent service
Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and policy change requests
Forward opportunities to sales agents when a new policy needs to be initiated
Maintain daily Alerts as they relate to missing required docs and customer late payments
Requirements:
Prior Insurance industry experience
AZ State License Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
