Full Moon Izakaya Sushi and Ramen Bar is an independently owned restaurant opening in Northern Phoenix in April and we are looking for FOH staff. Full or part time is ok. Experience a plus but not required, we’ll train the right person.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers upon arrival
- Providing fast and friendly service to our patrons
- Providing suggestions for food and drink options/explaining menu items when necessary.
-Taking feedback from diners
-Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
-Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
-Memorizing the food menu and drinks list.
-Setting tables/bussing throughout shift
-Assisting with cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant
Full Moon Izakaya Sushi and Ramen Bar will be a neighborhood bar and a place for friends and family to relax and connect over delicious food and drinks. The restaurant is meant to provide a sense of community, we want people to feel like they can drop in for a quick bite, a dinner, or a night out and have a great experience each time. FOH staff is an integral part of the feel and vibe of the restaurant. We are a small independently owned business with a relaxed, but disciplined work atmosphere. Flexible scheduling plus tips and employee discounts, as well as an opportunity to be part of a new fun venture. Candidates must be able to provide great customer service and work independently in a fast paced environment. We will serve Ramen and Sushi and a variety of Japanese small plates as well as sake bombs and some mixed drinks and drafts.
