Position Details:
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000/year (DOE)
Hours: 45-55 per week
Trial Period: 1-month trial to ensure the perfect fit
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment
Develop schedules to optimize labor costs and meet business needs
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Handle customer feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu development and specials
Monitor financial performance, preparing reports and managing budgets
Drive marketing efforts and community engagement to boost sales
Lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training
