Looking for a reliable handyman to complete small repairs in a rental unit. Must have own tools.
Main tasks include:
- Replace broken/missing light fixtures.
- Install smoke/carbon monoxide detector in living area.
- Check kitchen & bathroom plumbing for leaks.
- Inspect gas line in kitchen and install correct cap (currently open).
Details:
- Check what parts are needed (fixtures, detector, faucet parts, gas cap). Go to Home Depot and call me — I’ll pay over the phone. If anything else is needed, we can reimburse with receipt.
- Full scope of work will be sent, etc. -> Possible extra work available for back door repair (if qualified).
- Must be completed in 1 day (max 2 days).
- Payment made after inspection and photo/video proof of work.
- Flat rate: $150 for the entire job.
