Magazine Overview:

Luxury Home Magazine Arizona is a luxury real estate publication, which is published bi-monthly. The magazine is a free over-sized coffee table publication, which is funded by the advertisers. LHM is both print and digital and offers a array of product offerings.

Position Overview:

LHM is seeking a highly motivated individual for an Business Development position within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The BD associate will report directly to the Owner/Publisher playing a critical role in supporting all sales and marketing functions. This position will focus on driving revenue through partnership sales, and representing the team at partner focused events. The role will also include operational support to ensure the successful execution of sales activities and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sales and marketing.

As Sales & Marketing Associate, your primary duties shall be as follows:

Partnership Sales

Generate and maintain partner ad sales through outbound phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

Design and Impliment marketing campaigns, designed to generate leads.

Track and report on sales progress and provide insights on sales trends.

Support the creation of proposals for partnership packages

Work closely with the Owner/Publisher to maintain relationships with current partners and ensure satisfaction.

Partner Events:

Represent LHM at partner events, building relationships with both prospective and current advertising partners.

Provide logistical support for event setup, execution, and teardown.

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to support sales-driven campaigns.

Assist in prospective and partner engagement inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Provide administrative support for sales and operations, including managing databases, generating reports, and organizing files.

Essential Skills, Experience & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or operations, ideally within the marketing and advertisement industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be able to take directions, execute actions, and work quickly and optimally under pressure.

Salary and Other Employment Terms:

Employment Term: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM. In office

Salary: Small Base, with qualifications and experience. Paid via direct deposit.

Commissions: Paid per sale. Paid via direct deposit.

Required Hours: 40 per week. Flexibility required for occasional after hour events.
