Are you a marketing pro who’s as passionate about dogs as you are about digital strategy? We’re a fast-growing dog-focused company looking for a Marketing Director to lead and execute all aspects of our marketing, social media, and advertising efforts.

Role Overview:
As our Marketing Director, you will manage the entire marketing function—from social media and brand strategy, to paid advertising and influencer partnerships. We’re looking for someone creative, data-driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help up continue building something great.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
-Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
-Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
-Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
-Track performance metrics, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed
-Cultivate relationships with influencers, pet bloggers, and other partners
-Oversee email marketing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Hire Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing
Proven track record of managing successful social media accounts and ad campaigns
Strong understanding of brand building and customer acquisition
Excellent communication skills
Deep love for dogs (bonus points if you have one yourself!)
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.
