I'm looking for a marketing person who wants to help build my window clean business with finding customers and then scheduling them for my service.
Pay is based on the customers you find and schedule them with me.
I am a professional window cleaner for both residential and commercial buildings.
I need customers in the areas of Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler.
How you find the customers are completely up to you and your efforts. Door to door still works great and is the best. (leave your calling card describing the service if no one is home). (you're responsible for your own calling cards).
Best areas to search are in nice classy neighborhoods of single story homes. (at moment no second story homes till further notice).
This is how it works,
You found a single story residential home in a neighborhood and the owner wants his widows cleaned. You will do the steps to give him a quote, (I will teach you the steps to getting a quote) if he accepts the quote you will schedule a day and time for me to go and clean his windows. (I give you my open times).
The customer pays me for my service and I then pay you .30% of that pay. If this particular customer needs a future clean or is put onto a schedule for every few months, you will always get that .30% for each clean I do on his house forevermore.
If the house quote is $250.00. 250 x 30% = $75 to you for every time that customers needs his windows cleaned. Customers that you find will always go through you to schedule my window cleaning, this way you can keep track of your commissions and I do keep track as well.
This formula still applies to any commercial buildings and store fronts you are able to find as well.
Pay to you is 1099. Contract. Pay is 1x a month (every 15th for previous months work).
For you, this can be a nice side hustle for extra cash. and it keeps me busy. :)
