Deburr Hand Finisher
We are a fast-growing CNC Machine Shop in Arizona that is looking for an experienced Deburr Hand Finisher with 3+ years of experience. We are a team committed to providing our customers with high quality precision CNC work, producing various types of machining components.
We support the Aerospace, DOD, Commercial, Semiconductor, Medical and Automotive industries operating under ISO9001/AS9100 Guidelines. Our company employs a staff of thirty people on two production shifts and has been in business for over thirty years. Our organization promotes a team oriented environment and the right person must be able to fit our company culture.
Position Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of hand tools, burr tools and their applications
Operates finishing equipment
Ability to blend various materials
Demonstrates clear understanding of surface finish requirements
Basic measuring skills
Can establish and maintain dimensional tolerances
Read and interpret mechanical drawings & execute work instructions
Cleans and properly packages components
Flexible to work according to production schedule needs
Communicates professionally with peers and management
Promotes a team environment
Position Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Can lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Must have excellent vision, hand dexterity and eye coordination
