Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Specialist with experience in embroidery and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning new machines and methods to help our business grow. This role requires a commitment to meeting delivery timelines, working until projects are completed, and maintaining regular attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate embroidery machines to sew logos, initials, and other designs onto various fabrics.
Set up and operate DTF printing equipment to produce high-quality transfers for application on garments.
Perform routine maintenance on embroidery and DTF machines to ensure optimal performance.
Manage and organize inventory of threads, fabrics, and other materials.
Collaborate with the production team to expedite delivery and ensure projects are completed by specified deadlines.
Assist in the shipping process, including packaging and preparing orders for delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating embroidery machines and DTF printing equipment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Enthusiasm for learning new machines and methods to enhance production processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic; consistent attendance is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour DOE.
