Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive clerical and organizational support to our team. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain filing systems and organize records
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate travel arrangements when needed
Serve as primary point of contact between management and clients/staff
Answer product questions from customers via phone, email, and in-person
Handle general office management tasks
Light Warehouse Duties
Print shipping labels and organize order documentation
Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Package items for shipment
Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness
Support order fulfillment processes
