Arrowhead Deck and Pools is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts across design, development, and build phases.
Only applicants with Development and/or Construction experience and a minimum of five (5) years of experience will be considered
Responsibilities
Support the Project Management team with planning and daily execution of development and construction projects and create and complete building permits.
Review and process submittals, selections with clients, and change orders to ensure timely material delivery and accurate documentation.
Assist in scheduling, cost tracking, and material orders, showroom with clients.
Maintain project documentation and ensure all changes, RFIs, and revisions are updated and properly logged.
Prepare project start-up and close-out documentation.
Develop and monitor project tracking logs, reports, and schedules.
Maintain a working knowledge of project plans, selections, and scopes of work.
Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate schedules, verify materials, and ensure construction aligns with contract documents.
Attend and document project meetings as needed.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or residential construction or development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with project management software.
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and documentation.
Working knowledge of construction financing and interaction with financial institutions.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, on location in Scottsdale
