BlueSky Consulting LLC is hiring Online Office Assistants / Inside Sales Reps to join our remote team!
We are a nationwide construction consulting company receiving a large volume of inbound leads daily. This role focuses on communicating with clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our on-ground closers in each state.
You’ll be working fully online, helping bridge the gap between our clients and our field teams.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound leads from multiple platforms (email, phone, and CRM).
- Communicate with clients to understand project needs and qualify them for estimates.
- Set appointments for our on-site closers and confirm scheduling.
- Input all client information and project details into the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients who haven’t yet booked a consultation.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable selling or setting appointments over the phone.
- Organized and able to handle multiple clients daily.
- Reliable internet connection and access to Zoom and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or virtual office roles is a strong plus.

- Remote / Online position — work from home.
- Flexible schedule with focus on active sales hours.
- Pay will be discussed during the interview (base + commission options available).
