## Job Overview
We are seeking a Home Improvement Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and home improvement projects, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and design expertise.
## Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs
- Provide product recommendations and design solutions for various home improvement projects
- Utilize organizational skills to manage project details and timelines effectively
- Demonstrate proficiency in layout design and Sketchup software for visual representations
- Assist multilingual customers, particularly in, to ensure clear communication
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Stock and maintain inventory levels in the home improvement department
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in home remodeling or related industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in layout design software like Sketchup is a plus
-Previous in-home sales a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with multilingual customers, especially in Spanish
## Sales Representative
-You are not responsible for generating your leads. Your only focus has to be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with changes after the product is sold. We only ask you to learn our ten-step selling process and products within the first 60 days
