About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, confident individuals to represent Hawaiian Breeze Pools across East Valley neighborhoods and beyond. Your mission? Spark genuine conversations with pool owners, uncover their service needs, and introduce them to a better way of pool care.
This role goes beyond door-to-door outreach. You’ll also build relationships online and, in the community, —connecting with property managers, pool builders, landscapers, and current customers to grow our brand through trust and transparency.
What You’ll Do
Walk residential neighborhoods and engage pool owners in conversation
Ask thoughtful questions like: “Do you like your current pool service company?” “What do you wish they did better?”
Share how Hawaiian Breeze Pools offers a more responsive, transparent, and refreshing experience
Generate live quotes and earn commission for every successful lead or signed customer
Post online listings and social media content to attract inbound interest
Conduct B2B outreach to pool builders, landscapers, and local service providers
Build partnerships with property managers, HOAs, and rental operators
Attend local events and represent the brand in community spaces
Promote and manage referral incentives with current customers
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, respectful, and curious personality
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business contacts
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior sales or outreach experience is a plus—but not required
Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation
