Groomers work on one dog at a time and then the dog goes home directly after the groom is finished. We have parking stations in the salon to keep the pets safe while you are grooming. Our system allows you to focus on one pet at a time and not be rushed to finish your grooms.
W2 POSITION

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A GROOMING PORTFOLIO BEFORE SCHEDULING AN INTERVIEW.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years grooming dogs in a salon and/or mobile unit. Must be comfortable grooming all major breeds. We offer continuing education to learn breed cuts and current grooming techniques.
Grooming Positions Responsibilities
1. Ability to bath, dry, groom (including scissor cut), de-shedding, nails, facials, and external only anal gland excretion according to each client's specifications (we support our Groomers to perform high-quality grooms with no pressure to complete a certain amount of dogs a day)
2. Possess excellent communication skills to speak directly to clients and interpret the haircut details they would like for their pets
3. Be able to communicate with your team to make the days flow smoothly and easily
4. Must show compassion for animals and take extreme care of all dogs in the salon
5. Possess the ability to provide safe grooming to each dog
6. Enjoys grooming!
