Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming South Chandler is looking for Professional, Friendly, & Motivated Pet Groomers with previous grooming experience to join our growing team at our brand new Chandler, AZ location! The ideal candidate will have a profound love for animals, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail. Groomers are hired as W-2 employees and are completely commission-based. We are a small family business, 100% locally owned and operated.
Compensation: $60k – $100k (We offer 50% Commission + 100 % tips)

Dog Groomer Requirements:
· Experience with all breeds
· Dog Bathing experience
· Willing to groom several dogs a day, targeting at least 5-6 dogs per day.
· Groom animals utilizing techniques which vary depending on type of hair, coat, breed, and owner instructions; bathe and dry animals, perform pedicures, and clean ears
· Recommend retail products that would aid in home grooming care and general well-being of pets
· Groomers will check in and talk to all pet parents at drop-off and pick-up.
· Groomers are responsible for their tools & tools maintenance as well as keeping their work area clean and organized.
Dog Groomer Qualifications:
· Pet Stylist/Pet Grooming experience
· Customer Service oriented
· Must maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients.
· Great work ethic, organized and reliable
