RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
Perform inspections for e-lights, fire alarm, extinguishers, ansul hoods and all fire sprinkler related items.
Identifies deficiencies and completes inspection reports in full prior to leaving the site.
Must provide detailed notes in Sedona including all part numbers and requirements that will be required to complete an accurate proposal for all deficiency repairs needed.
Must work in conjunction with the estimator directly to capture accuracy regarding part numbers and requirements needed for the proposal.
Clearly communicate the findings of the inspection with the customer prior to leaving the site.
Submit the completed inspection reports to proper personnel at the office and confirm accuracy prior to leaving the site.
Responsible for small to mid level repairs. Responsible for leading projects and delegating tasks to other team members.
Responsible for coaching and developing fellow team members.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Advanced technical knowledge of fire, life safety, and suppression system design and operation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Proficient computer skills.
EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
4-6 years if experience in the security industry.
Must obtain and reinstate an alarm agent license.
Must maintain a clean driving record at all times and report any issues within 24 hours to your manager.
Must hold and maintain backflow test and inspect, fire alarm, sprinkler, kitchen hood and clean agent or 15+ years of experience in the industry.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT / MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs.
