Position Available: Handyman/Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
Restaurant Solutions Group is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our esteemed team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance within our building and on restaurant equipment offered for sale. This role demands expertise in mechanics and electrical work, with additional skills considered advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of our warehouse facility and prepare restaurant equipment for sale.
Execute repairs and maintenance tasks encompassing building structures, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues with restaurant equipment promptly and efficiently.
Respond swiftly to repair requests and emergency situations.
Maintain precise records of all maintenance and repair activities undertaken.
Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure the seamless operation of our warehouse facility.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician, preferably within a warehouse or commercial environment.
Proficient mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to interpret and apply technical manuals and schematics.
Outstanding problem-solving capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude.
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience in welding or fabrication.
Fundamental carpentry proficiency.
Knowledge of HVAC systems.
Familiarity with forklift operation and adherence to safety protocols.
