Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background and be proficient in various technical areas.
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures in tenant units
- Troubleshoot and repair issues promptly
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve overall efficiency
- Make units rent-ready - paint and repair
