We have a full-time (40-hour) Maintenance Technician position available at Phoenix Towers Cooperative Apartments. This role reports to the General Manager and the applicant will be under the Maintenance Engineer's supervision.
Applicant must have a clean background record. Must have reliable transportation.
A 4-day workweek (32 Hours) is also available for consideration.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Certifications: Valid Driver’s License
Pool Maintenance and Pool Chemicals
General Handyman Functions
Weekly/Monthly Maintenance Checks and Repairs
Janitorial
Maintain and Store Chemicals as per Regulatory Requirements
Grounds Keeping
Minor Repair of Equipment
Pressure Washing
Minor Pest and Weed Control
Possible Heavy Lifting/Bending/Squatting/Walking
General Construction/Demo
General Hand Tool Operation
Meet and Coordinate with Vendors
Administrative Functions
Review and Complete Work orders
Operate App for Daily Time Recording
Obtain/Order/Restock Supplies
Communicate Needs and Concerns to the CAM
Miscellaneous:
Read and comply with the Real Manage and Keystone Property Management Group’s Employee Handbooks.
Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as directed by Management.
Perform and or participate in any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties/tasks as assigned by Management.
4+ years of maintenance experience required
Previous maintenance experience in property management is strongly desired
Previous supervisor/management experience strongly desired
Knowledge of Homeowner Association Management industry preferred
Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Spanish speaking skills are a plus
