Pay range - $28/hour on 2080 hours $58,240 thru $33/per hour on 2080 hours $68,640 Plus OT opportunity

Skills-Work Requirements:
Ability to read residential G & D plans. Shoot grades. Understand grade stakes, Ability to achieve proper soil compaction, build pads, know and apply the 310 rule
Perform start-up check lists, Operate equipment in a safe manner.
Operate the following efficiently: loader WA-270, back hoe 430E, excavator PC-200, skid steer 259D & mini-excavator 301.7
Watch & report wear items early enough so they can be repaired in a scheduled manner: cutting edges, teeth, hoses, etc.
Keep equipment clean & free of trash, excess dirt & non-job related items. Keep windows clean. Perform daily equipment maintenance.
Evaluate equipment safety and insure there is no equipment abuse. Always comply with all company work & safety policies. Receive and understand instructions for each phase of the job. Ask questions.
Operate equipment to complete job assigned. Willingness to labor outside of machine to complete job on time.
Work effectively with supervision to meet requirements of the job. Work independently when necessary.
This position requires the ability to do the following on a regular / repeated basis without restriction or sustaining injury:
Work the hours as required by the job including early morning, late evening and occasional weekend hours. Wear appropriate PPE.
Twist from side to side. Push, pull and carry heavy objects. Push, pull and carry objects of unique size and shape, lift and carry 50 (+ -) pounds.
Carry small to mid-size tools in your vehicle Work without limitations in hot Arizona conditions.
Bending over to pick up small - mid-size/weight objects.
Work in field environment. Exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions, vibration and/or loud noise
Cell phone with text ability Non-smoker for job safety reasons
