Description We are searching for a Customer Service Rep to join our team located in Tempe, Arizona. As a member of our organization, you will be working in the manufacturing industry, specifically assisting customers through phone and email. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will help troubleshoot errors for customers using the company's kiosks and process credit card refunds when necessary.Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone and email Troubleshoot technical issues related to the use of company's kiosks Accurately process customer credit card refunds as needed Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications Maintain and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary Demonstrate proficiency in numeric 6,000 - 8,000 KPH Show a mastery of ten key by touch skills Utilize prooing skills to ensure accuracy in all customer communications Exhibit strong customer service skills to guarantee customer satisfaction.
