Penca has immediate openings for line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers.
Penca is a well stablished restaurant in the heart of downtown. Our kitchen is a scratch kitchen, we are proud of the effort that we put into each dish. Each recipe is prepared from scratch following traditional techniques.
We make our corn tortillas to order, we prepare different moles and we rotate our menu seasonally. We utilize local ingredients when possible.
We are open for dinner service only, and we maintain a fast paced - attention to detail and passion for food is a must.

Penca is open wednesday to Sunday 4-9:30p - Holidays off
