We are currently seeking a night time working supervisor for our janitorial division. This position is responsible for training, coaching, motivating, supervising and discipline of 20-25 staff members. The person selected will be responsible for meeting quality and budget requirements for customer locations. UNIT MANAGER (FULL TIME) Responsible for training and supervising general cleaning staff. JANITORIAL duties will be performed as needed based on workload.
Usual schedule is 5PM - 3AM (restrictions apply) Monday - Friday.
Must have own transportation - $125.00 in weekly gas allowance provided
Bilingual English / Spanish required.
Hourly earnings $17.00 - $19.00 + Bonus + Benefits
Janitorial duties include but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash. Employees must focus on quality and be able to work efficiently. This position is physically demanding, requiring employees to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, stretching, stooping, and lifting.
