Roofing company looking for a full time Customer Service Admin Assistant to help back up our Warranty & Repair Dept. The office has an Aussie who joins us daily so please don't apply if you are not a "dog person". :)
Hours:
Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm.

Responsibilities for this position to start:
Reconcile vendor charges, data entry, match receipts to statements, create new job files, answer incoming calls, file, scan documents and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. These responsibilities can change as the company grows.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
