Near I-10/Craycroft
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
-Greet and welcome customers.
-Answer incoming calls.
-Maintain front office appearance.
-Maintain inventory of office supplies for all offices.
-Assistance with inventory management.
-Process titling for trailer sales. (And any associated inquiries)
-Prepare outgoing mail.
-Assist with email correspondence.
-Follow up on local account receivable.
Required Qualifications:
-Proficiency in point of sale systems
-Google Drive
-Attention to detail
-Problem solving
-Ability to prioritize
-Typing (50 WPM or greater)
-Ability to multi-task
-Proper punctuation and spelling
-Multi-line phone operation
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
-Independent self-starter
-Team player
-Strong organizational skills
-Professional demeanor and appearance
-Bilingual is preferred but not required.
