12492BRTitle:Manager, Healthcare ComplianceJob Description:Responsible for managing the HCP aggregate spend reporting process including identifying and making changes to accurately record and capture all reportable HCP transactions and provides training as needed. Also responsible for third party management, including the due diligence process, compliance certifications, distributor trainings, and for assisting the Health Care Professional compliance function. Provide management over compliance training, track the effectiveness of compliance training, and provide statistics and remedial plans as needed. Provide compliance guidance to various functions. Resolve compliance matters under minimal supervision. Work assignments are complex in nature and require the exercise of discretion and judgment to meet established priorities. Job duties:

Manage the HCP aggregate spend reporting process, including identifying and making changes to accurately record and capture all reportable HCP transactions and provide training as needed.

Assist in the design and management of the annual compliance training, track the effectiveness of compliance training, and provide statistics and remedial plans as needed.

Assist with of the Third-Party Management program and annual third-party compliance certifications and training records.

Oversee the implementation and management of the third-party management program including the due diligence process, escalation of issues identified, compliance certifications, and support with the planning of distributor trainings.

Manage the data analysis and due diligence reporting on third-party onboarding.

Assist the Healthcare Compliance Director in the implementation and daily operations of the corporate compliance program, including the implementation and daily operations of the HCP engagement program.

Interact with various corporate functions and instruct and update associates on compliance risk areas, policies, and procedures.

Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Paralegal or Compliance Certification.

A minimum of six (6) years of professional legal or compliance experience.

A minimum of one (1) year of management/supervisory experience or responsibility.

Working knowledge of or familiarity with compliance statutes and laws, both domestic and international.

Competence in third party management, onboarding, and due diligence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team-building skills.

Ability to perform assignments with a high degree of independence requiring extensive experience, skill, and knowledge.

Excellent computer skills including competency in presentation, word processing and spreadsheet software, utilizing MS Office Suite.
