The ideal candidate will be responsible for execution of assigned projects to successful completion defined as: Profitable, Client Relationship Development and Satisfaction, Learning and growth both Individually and Corporately. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the daily requirements of your assigned projects. Tasks include but not limited to:
Monthly Billing
Coordinate and train assigned PE
Contracts review
Estimate and sell follow-up projects
Budget management
SOV’s
Bi-Weekly Project Review
$2-4million annual revenue
Weekly JTD Summary upkeep
RFI’s
Contract Status Summary reports
Change Order Log accuracy
Lead BMS conversations with MC & GC
Procure and manage Elec Subs
CO Pricing and tracking
Coordinate customer training and close-out
Job walks during progress with MC and Subs
Other tasks as assigned
