Receptionist duties will consist of :Assisting walk-in customers with general purpose inquiriesAssist with faxing, scanning, printing, copyingAnswering phones and handling multiple phone callsReconcile daily petty cashProcess credit card transactionsAssist customers with will call orders, process payments, work with CSRsAssist, at times, with bindery, or handwork, mailing, lifting boxesHandle compliance with Department of Justice for medical forms ordersCandidate must have the following skills :Familiarity with general printing terminologyKnowledge of PC navigation;Rudimentary MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;Adobe PDF and Creative SuiteQuick learner and adaptive mindset;Handle multiple tasks and willingness to work extra hours when needed.Work in a team environmentWork well under pressure and time sensitive environmentsCandidate may be given test work to determine experience level and skillset.
