Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician for one of our clients located in Anaheim, CA. The Helpdesk Support Technician will support current operations, troubleshoot hardware/software related issues and prioritize issues through a ticketing system.

Requirements

IT Helpdesk Requirements:

• Experience working within a Windows environment - Windows 7/8/10
• Basic administration of Active Directory - adding/deleting users, password resets
• Experience supporting at least 50-100 end users
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software using remote tool such as TeamViewer, Bomgar, LogMeIn, RDP, or any other remote tools
• Expected interaction between internal and external employees
• Providing excellent Customer service skills for phone support
• Use of ticketing systems, handling 5-10 tickets per day
