You will bring:

At least an associate’s degree in a STEM related discipline, or 3-5 years mechanical testing experience.

Must possess the ability to read English and comprehend technical writing as can be found in customer specifications and other relevant documentation.

Must have good math skills and be proficient at operating computers including the use of Google ® or Microsoft ® applications.

Basic understanding of composite products, the composite industry including resin families, fibers, test methods, and statistics.

Strong knowledge of composite materials covering a range of matrix & reinforcement technologies.

Experience with composite panel fabrication, machining, or using universal test machines (MTS, Instron, Zwick, etc.) and data acquisition software (Test Suite, Blue Hill, Test Xpert, etc.)

Three (3) or more years of experience working in an industrial setting.

Good listening, communication and presentation skills.

Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

Must have a strong sense of urgency and drive (action-oriented) to succeed and improve upon the status quo.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $55-60k. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
