Description We are seeking a dedicated File Clerk for our operations based in Anaheim, California. As part of this role, you will be dealing with confidential information, creating a new filing system, and updating records. This role provides an opportunity for short term contract employment.Responsibilities:
Establish a new filing system to manage a backlog of paperwork
Handle confidential information, specifically related to employee data
Update and remove outdated paperwork, replacing it with current year documentation
Retrieve and manage charts as required
Requirements
Basic Organizational Skills – Ability to sort, organize, and maintain files and documents in an orderly manner.
Attention to Detail – Ensuring that documents are accurately filed, labeled, and easy to locate when needed.
Good Communication Skills – Ability to work with team members, answer queries, and retrieve files quickly.
Physical Stamina – Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving boxes or files.
Confidentiality – Understanding the importance of protecting sensitive information and maintaining privacy.
Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines when organizing and retrieving files.
