Within CIMA, the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team is focused on leveraging best practices in analytics to capture data, analyze, and optimize our digital and contact center channels to drive Guest satisfaction and business outcomes.We are seeking a Manager, Digital Analytics with a passion for creative problem solving, analytics and digital technology. In this role you will work directly with partner teams in a fast-paced environment, conducting both planned and ad hoc analyses, consolidating performance into holistic stories, and communicating insights to a variety of audiences.This position will support the Disneyland Resort business with a focus on the disneyland.com website, including vacation booking and ticket purchase experience, leads multiple direct reports and reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Analytics. In DTOA, we’re looking for a resourceful analytical leader with a demonstrated ability to learn and expand the team’s capabilities, not just those who tick 100% of the boxes.What you will do:Interpret digital performance as part of a the business story, inclusive of observations, key insights, and recommendationsPresent findings to partners and executivesLead deep dive analyses of user behavior across the digital ecosystemSupport partners through regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analysesLead creation of digital tracking strategies for mobile app enhancements, and coordinate with developers on delivery of tracking solutionsAct as subject matter expert of Adobe Analytics implementation strategyRecommend optimization tactics based on analysesManage prioritization for team adjusting to changing business prioritiesDevelop relationships with partners to enable holistic storytellingCreate compelling presentations to highlight analysis and tell the storyProactively drive innovation in the digital analytics spaceRequired Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of analytical experience3+ years of digital analytics tool use such as Adobe or Google AnalyticsExperience defining mobile application or website analytics tracking requirementsIndependent time management and prioritization skillsExperience leading a teamAbility to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-makingStrong understanding of segmentation as it relates to digital analytics core principlesAbility to excel as a team player in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentKnowledge of relational database conceptsExpert knowledge of digital analytics KPIsProactive problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to own analytical projects from ideation to completionAbility to work with ambiguityBachelor’s degree in analytical/quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)Required Education:8+ years of analytical experience5+ years of of digital analytical tool use such as Adobe or Google AnalyticsExperience in the travel industryMBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field#DisneyTechThe hiring range for this position in Anaheim California is $148,500.00-$180,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
