Schedule hot melt resins and subassemblies for Mixhouse and Coating
Make a weekly plan based on planned schedule
Adjust schedule based on unforeseen circumstances
Work Closely with PAL to make sure schedule accommodates rigidite and customer shutdowns
Work with peers to learn about the way of working as a PAC in the work cells
Participate in Continuous Improvement meetings as needed
Attend daily 9am and 3pm meeting to get production updates
Attend weekly Schedule Buy Off meeting
Performance objectives: (what success looks like, highlight challenges and expected outcomes)
Shippad and Intermediate Blues updated daily for delivery of products on time and in full to customers.
Participate in AITs and Projects related to the PAC roles
Learn about staffing for coating and mixing to support the Anaheim Site
Work closely with shop floor to keep schedule up to date and manage conditions on the floor
Work closely with engineering to ensure task times are accurate
Take on new tasks as the position evolves.
Track schedule adherence and work with the team to identify potential improvement projects or recurring misses/successes

Entry level into the CA organization enabling the candidate to learn the role and prepare for future career advancement
Qualifications and requirements: (education, experience and certifications)
High School Diploma
Preferred college degree for future career advancement
1-3 years’ experience preferred

Effectively use ERP, LIMS,
Immediate follow through on all assigned job tasks
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
