The ideal candidate will be committed to client success, support the clinical team and Behavior Technicians (BTs), and adapt to our center-based environment through effective leadership and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities: Client-Centered Care: Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring measurable progress toward their goals. Team Support and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to clinical staff and BTs, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Embrace our service methodologies, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and adapt to our center's dynamic environment. Leadership and Soft Skills: Exhibit strong leadership qualities, including effective communication, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.Qualifications: Current BCBA certification in good standing. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ABA, preferably in a center-based setting. Demonstrated ability to lead and support a clinical team effectively.
