OverviewThis position is remote.The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure. Other benefits include Paid Time Off and Sick Leave.ResponsibilitiesThis position is remote.Position Summary:This role is responsible for building and maintaining a central data management infrastructure for a grant portfolio focused on Hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis screening and treatment, and related programs. The role will focus initially on partnering with grantee sites and grantors to understand grant reporting requirements and design a proposed structure and process for collaborative data management that reduces burden on grantees while meeting grant reporting requirements. This will include driving design and adoption of a REDCap database. The Data Manager will be a key member of a team focused on programming related to conditions that have particular health equity and social justice implications, including Hepatitis C.The Data Manager role includes data analysis, data management, and end-user support. Working closely with grant leads, the Data Manager will provide technical assistance to individual grantee teams, oversee the REDCap database, and also coordinate with other system-level and facility-level data owners to minimize duplication and increase automation of data entry and reporting. There will be opportunities for data dissemination, including designing data visualizations and contributing to external dissemination and evaluation opportunities.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

2+ years clinical research or grant data management experience.

Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience with grant-funded programs and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with both EMR and claims data preferred.

Demonstrated experience with designing and implementing REDCap across multiple locations or facilities preferred.

Interest in public/population health and health equity strongly preferred.
