Description Job descriptionFull Time Bilingual Medical Receptionist needed for busy worker's comp, occupational health, and urgent care office. Looking for a candidate with a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills. Applicant should also be able to multi-task, think critically to solve problems, pay attention to details, and have a desire to work in a team setting.Requirements: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Receptionist must be able to fluently communicate with Spanish speaking patients that call the office or walk in. Must have open availability (including weekends). Office Hours are Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat/Sun 8am-6pm. (Receptionist rotate opening/closing/weekend shifts.) Must be able to type 55+ wpm. One year of experience in front office healthcare, verifying insurances, worker's comp, or occupational health services preferred. Hourly rate negotiable depending on level of relevant experience.Responsibilities: Welcoming and greeting patients, answering phones, verifying patients' insurance, typing, registering patients, scanning documents, scheduling appointments, calling patients, calling clients to verify occupational services, faxing documents, and completing other front office clerical duties as needed.
