The incumbent will be expected to:Continuously strive for excellence in instruction by implementing and refining innovative teaching methodologies and techniques to enhance the quality of education provided.Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing online activities and technologies to augment course content and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Those who lack such skills must commit to rapid acquisition and implementation.Successfully complete the ATI Champion Training Certificate within thirty (30) days of hire, as this certification is essential for maintaining our program's high standards.Contribute to curriculum development by meticulously reviewing and revising course syllabi and instructional guidelines in collaboration with the program director.Maintain impeccable records and submit all required program reports and forms to the Director promptly and accurately, adhering strictly to established deadlines.Remain vigilant and proactive in staying abreast of emerging technologies and safety regulations relevant to the nursing field.Diligently maintain comprehensive student records, including attendance, grades, and skills check-off forms. Assist in program data collection with utmost attention to detail and timeliness.Take an active role in updating and maintaining student files, particularly concerning clinical requirements, immunizations, and educational prerequisites.Demonstrate flexibility and dedication by teaching courses at various times and locations as necessitated by program requirements.Conduct both lecture sessions and clinical rotations with equal competence, understanding that clinical rotations may occur during days, evenings, weekdays, or weekends.Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required continuing education hours to ensure licensure renewal.
