Knockout Lockouts LLC. is looking for Contractors under the role of Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our team.
We are an established company that is contracted though all major Motor Clubs (including: Geico, Allstate, NSD, etc.) and provide Roadside Assistance in multiple states thought independently contracted Roadside Technicians.
Our focus is BOTH the overall experience of our contractors and the satisfaction/quality of service provided to our customers.
Scheduling: We are primarily seeking coverage during our high call flow hours of Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
Responsibilities:
-Perform simple Roadside Assistance to Motor Club; Roadside customers (I.E. unlocks, tire changes, jump starts, fuel deliver)
-Submit proper documentation in order for Dispatch to maintain accurate records of all jobs that have been performed
-Collaborate with our Dispatch team to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

-Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
-Good communication skills and the ability to work quickly & efficiently around customers
