Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirementsProduce teaching schedules and classroom curriculumDevelop engaging course content using invention, imagination, and talentConceive original and creative materials, including visual, auditory and tactile lessonsExecute advanced training modules independentlyMeet with customers and provide them with a customized curriculum plan for advanced technical unitsArrange for and conduct on-sight teaching as neededKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, and issuesObserve and evaluate results of teaching programsDetermine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvementsProvide recommendations on student advancementUse of CAD/Ignition/Inventor software to create training diagramsRead and create schematic diagrams for class usageCoach and mentor new technical trainers and internsOTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES:Use of professional digital cameras for photos and videoUse various software for video editing (Camtasia), audio post processing (Audacity)Develop content in corporate LMS systemConduct customer needs assessments with minimal assistance from the Director of Technical Training.Conduct field work alongside our engineering/operational teamsOther ad-hoc duties assigned Training will be provided for all tools and systems as needed.
